HorsePower & Natural Leadership TM Diploma Facilitator

In order to become a Diploma Facilitator HorsePower & Natural Leadership TM, you have to participate in Basic Training 1-3. The Purpose of the Basic Training 1-3 is to get a basic understanding of how Horse Assisted Education works.

When you graduate as a Diploma Facilitator, you have started a process that encourages more learning on several levels. The foundation in the Horse Assisted Education is our approach to the horse as the teacher and part of the learning process. You learn to be a facilitator with skills to guide the participant's growth and learning through different experimental exercises. The training includes 3 two days training sessions access to limited training materials, and our network of trainers connected to  www.hpnl.se

Basic Training 1 - Natural Leadership
In this workshop you have the opportunity to experience and understand a sophisticated framework that works. We will practice a variety of leadership exercises, and we will learn to trust the response of the horse and the process. This workshop is an equivalent to HorseDreamTM Train-the-Trainer and the prerequisite to become EAHAE qualified member.

Basic Training 2 – Horse Power
There are several definitions and interpretations of Horsemanship. In this workshop we will demystify the ideas concerning predator and prey, and work with presence and intuition, rather than tools. Everything to make the shift from traditional Horsemanship models to the models used in EAHAE and EGEA.

Basic Training 3 - Communication
Horses teaches you how to communicate on the limbic level and with our whole body. You will use all your senses. You will learn to interpret signals, to accept the individual, adjust your behavior, focus your energy, build trust and respect, use your whole body and have fun.
