Develop your coaching skills to a new level with the help of a horse

In Horse Assisted Coaching we combine coaching and horses and take the coaching relationship to new levels. You can choose to take a passive role in the coaching relationship, the HAE (Horse Assisted Education) tutor, and create a space for learning, or to co-coach along with the horse. With the horse as a coach and you as a co-coach of Horse Assisted Coaching is developing and strengthening performance and coaching relationship with the customer, significantly. The horse acts as a catalyst (make things happen) and an accelerator (speeding up change). A Coach's job is to help to put words to experiences and relate it to the client's reality, which is both exciting and a delicate task which requires both coaching skills and experience.

The methodology of Horse Assisted Coaching meets ICF's (International Coach Federation) core competencies for professional coaching, to establish the foundation, creating the mutual relationship, communicating effectively and facilitating learning and results.

With Horse Assisted Coaching's powerful methodology, you will be deleoping yourself:

The HAC program includes three weekend courses and 3 coaching sessions. The first is natural leadership, GK1, which makes you see both yourself and the horse with new eyes. The CK1 Picadero Coaching gives you the opportunity to practice various coaching techniques together with horses. In "CK2 Goals and visions for your HAC activity", we work on together with the horses with your business and your future activities.

The Horse Assisted Coaching Program with Horsepower & Natural Leaderhip training includes:

  • BT1 - Natural Leadership- 2 day course
  • HAC 1 - Effective Communicatiaon- 2 day course
  • HAC 2 - Facilitating Learning and result
  • HAC 3 - 4 coaching sessions over 3 months with ICF certified coach
